We refine
what exists.
When it doesn't,
we design it.

01 - The premise

Every place already contains an idea

Most projects don't fail in construction. They fail before it, in the moment nobody decided what the place was supposed to be. We work in that moment: we develop the idea, visualize it at full scale, refine it until it is right, and hand it to whoever builds it.

04 - How we work

Four steps,
and a clear end

Design

Understand the place

We read what's there, what stays, and what the project is actually asking for.

Visualize

Build it at full scale

Real dimensions, real materials, real light. Every view is the same space.

Refine

Get it right

We iterate until the proportions, hierarchy and atmosphere hold together.

Handoff

Your contractor builds it

You receive a Design Intent Package. We don't manage construction, permits or trades.

05 - Who

Hugo Antonio Ramirez

Founder & Design Director

HAR, his initials

Since he was a child he has walked into rooms and started moving things. A door here, a different colour there, a wall that should not be where it is. At fifteen he was photographing cars at dealerships and redrawing their bodywork in Photoshop. The scale changed. The habit never did.

Over more than fifteen years that habit became a practice: luxury residential, high-end interiors, retail environments, hospitality and large-scale developments - along with yachts and marine interiors, where proportion, material and spatial experience carry the whole design.

He is also known for visualization. Photorealistic imagery, virtual walkthroughs and immersive environments that let owners, developers and builders understand a space before anyone breaks ground. The work has reached Dallas, Miami, Los Angeles, New York, Scottsdale and Dubai.

He is the founder of Rendimension, System Reflex, The Prime VR and Prestige 360 Design. HAR Design Studio is where the design itself lives.

"Put me in an empty room and I will lose hours in it. I would do it without charging. That is the part I want to build a company around."
